This is what we fans have been asking for--so many shortcuts that you can take only a few during each lap or you'll miss seeing the rest! These aren't pointless shortcuts either; they all have a reason for being there and allow you to stray way off the main course, giving the game a great sense of freedom.

Gone are the muscle cars, the rally vehicles, and the crazy collection of authentic automobile licenses. Beetle Adventure Racing managed to take me out of the stale racing format and threw me into an exploration game.

A great deal of fun. It's an excellent game, whatever genre or sub-genre you try to classify it in, and its flaws don't drag it down nearly as much as they might sound. This game is not to be missed, highly recommended, and so on.

As the title suggests, the gameplay in Beetle Adventure Racing is focused more on having fun rather than being serious. Thanks to the ludicrous amounts of jumps and turbo boosters littered on each track, your VW is capable of leaping into the air with the greatest of ease.
